Dan hasn't been part of my life for a very long time, but during my youth he was everything to me. I always think of him when I hear Harry Chapin.... and the BeeGees - which he could do a pretty good imitation of during their disco phase.

Dan was a great brother in-law and friend. His personality was cheerful, and he brought joy to everyone. Dan was a good judge of character, and was generous with his compliments. I miss him greatly.

Dan was a great brother. He taught me how to play hockey, baseball, football, and how to ride a bike. He was always kind and helpful with a great sense of humor. He touched the hearts of everyone who knew him. I will miss him forever.
