Daniel E. Smith

Dan was one of my patients at the dialysis center . There wasn't a day that passed when we didn't talk about his wife , his kids , golf and the bucks of course . My favorite story he told me was when he took his wife golfing and took a sharp turn that tossed her out of the cart (I laughed so hard ) I told him I was sure she didn't find it as funny . He just looked up and said um no! he was the sweetest person and my heart goes out to you all. We surly miss him
