Daniel Lee STOFFEL

It has been 4 years. I still miss and love this wonderful man. He was our winter Texan neighbor for 20 years. Have so many great memories and thankful for that.

Four+ years since I saw Dan. Never in my wildest thoughts when he said goodbye to us; we were moving away after living next door to each other for 20 years; did I think we would lose him. My husband had cancer that we knew was probably going to take him. He died one month exactly after Dan. I miss both those guys so much. I miss the arguing, the fishing stories, Dan coming over in his pj's and with a cup of coffee some mornings. Such a sweet wonderful friend. Miss my Dan and Leo.

Miss him all the time, his early morning visits still in his pjs, his arguing with Leo, his fish frys, his handyman advice & help, his love, his laugh, and being the best neighbor!

God bless you Dan, Bonnie and the kids. We thank God for giving us a wonderful friend like you.

20 winters of living next door to this wonderful man, in South Texas, was a fun blessed time. Dan was a dear friend, giving, loving. Will miss that loud laugh out on the carport, his coming over with a cup of coffee and in pjs in the mornings, fishing trips, his frying of fish, our day trips, our trips to restaurants, his help when something broke, his caring for us, his love for all people, his liking my bread rolls, etc etc. Golly going to miss him something awful. Our love and sadness...

I miss you Uncle Dan. Rest in peace. Love ya, Paul.
