In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

My sincere condolences to Dan's family. I, and those of us at LCL, were truly saddened by Dan's passage. He was a dedicated volunteer who was always willing to help our organization and reach out to help others in need. We will miss him!

I asked God for strength, that I might achieve.
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey.
I asked for health, that I might do greater things.
I was given infirmity, that I might do better things.
I asked for riches, that I might be happy.
I was given poverty, that I might be wise.
I asked for power that I might have the praise of men.
I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Dan's family at this difficult time. He was a wonderful person and we'll miss him very much.

I'm stunned to find of Daniel's passing the day after hie services for truly I would have attended. I've known him since the summer of ' 70, when he, john McKone & Rick Wachter were the three amigos. Daniel liked my sister, & yet throughout the years he kept in touch with me.i guess about 10 or so yrs ago we had a reunion@ John Mckones house in Edgewater Park where we dug up so many childhood memories & caught up on each other's lives. Will miss you dearly dan & my heart aches of loss for...

I send my condolences to the family.
Dan just entered my life and gone too soon. I'm grateful for the time we did share. I will miss him.

Our Sincere condolences from the entire 15th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry Civil War Reenactment to Dan's family. Dan was a colorful and entertaining historian who loved history and loved teaching his craft. Our comrade will be missed, but we will meet him one day and hope to be invited to sit again with him at his camp fire. May God Bless you, Dan.

Dan was an excellent attorney but most of all a great kind and loving friend. I will miss him so much.
