Not sure what to say?

He was a loving grandfather.

Dan, you were a fine friend for decades, who visited me and my beloved wife Becky in April 2007 at our apartment in Lake Montezuma, Arizona. You were great in music, academics and athletics, and you were an uncommonly true and great pal of mine in high school, college and beyond. You drove over 1,000 miles to see us. We will miss you, Dan, and will be eternally in your debt. Please watch over us from heaven. -- Love, Mark Ochs and Becky Ochs.

My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there is hope for our loved ones lost in death can be reassuring.

So sorry to hear of the loss of a great man that I got to know from his working with Dan at Joslin lumber. This is before he went to Jones lumber. I coached Dan's daughter Hanna, in AYSO soccer. Dan would come out to cheer on Hanna an enjoyed everyone around him. Life is short, we all need to cherish all our friend and family. Dan will be sorely missed.

Praying for Dan's wife, daughters, grandson, his long-time friend and all those who loved him. Dan and I were friends at Salpointe and have stayed in touch over the years. He sure will be missed. Dan was a very caring man and I'm sure he touched many people's lives.
