Not sure what to say?

I met Dan in 2004 when I worked at the Vortex in Midtown Atlanta. We formed a fast and hilarious friendship. He was my biggest supporter. I called him Tancredi and he called me The Madam. He always made time for me when he came to Dragon Com after moving back home to NY. My handmade goatsmilk soaps helped his skin during his battle with cancer. I hate I missed his celebration of life. Dan was a real one. A true friend. Im gonna miss you so much, Tancredi!!! Thank you for being a real friend.

Dan was my nephew. I recall babysitting and forcing my Elvis Costello music on him. I took him skiing and also to his first wrestling match. I remember my uncle Natie used to take me skating so it was a nice connection to my past. I am very proud of the way Dan grew up and the path that he took through life. Maybe if we had lived closer we may have spent a lot more time together. I will always cherish the memories and be proud of you. Love you, my nephew. See you on the other side.

Dan was one of the first people I met at Tech and easily the person I'd kept up best with from an awkward freshman year for me. Probably through Dan is how I met the widest and most diverse swath of friends while in college, as he was a few years ahead of me and well established. I was shy and didn't know anyone even though I was 'from Atlanta' though technically the suburbs. Dan was outgoing and clearly had it working on campus. A boisterous New Yorker and big wheel in GT Housing and always...

Dan lived above the dive bar I worked at for years and we had this running joke about how he looked like a banker in his outfit. He was such an amazing person. So one last time, you look like a banker in that outfit.

Dan and I met when my son bought his Mom´s Staten Island condo after her passing. We became fast friends. What a terrific guy !! What sad news.

Dan was one of my very best friends for many years since childhood. Devastated to hear the news.

May the memories of happier times give his family and friends strength.

From the days of the Bastids at Tottenville High to our meet ups at the San Gennaro feast, Dan always made the times fun and memorable. Although we weren't in touch in the past few years, your unique and fun personality will forever remain in my memories and heart. May you rest in peace, my friend.
