Dan graduated from Scales Mound High School with the class of 1994. Funeral service will be 10:30 AM, Thursday, May 2, 2019, at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena, IL. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Scales Mound, IL. In lieu of flowers a Daniel J. Teasdale memorial fund has been established.
