Not sure what to say?

Heya Unc...
I know you are walking on streets of Gold, on your way to all the fishing holes, but one thing I wanted to share with you, is that we missed you after sunday school, we had crabs and oysters and thought of too, how we always loved to share with you, we wanted more than words could say, to have you with us for one last day, but we know that you are the lucky one, to be in HIS presence having fun, chasing chuckars, pheasants, quail, and going elk hunting with out fail, So save a...

Danny, We will miss you this summer - your great smile, and your calls every Christmas just to let us know you were thinking of us. You were a very kind man and an inspiration. So glad we got to have that special lunch with you in Portland in January - you sure looked good and happy that day! Love to your family who will miss you the most . . .
Your friends forever, Mary and Emmitt

You were an excepional human being and brought suynshine into the lives of so many, you will be sadly missed by all who new you.

Uncle Dan,
I know the angels are gathered near you listening to your great stories and I among many, are envious of them. You demonstrated your Christian values with your every word and action to one and all. Thank you for being part of our lives. "Keep your nose clean," Uncle Dan...and I'll see you around--"like an egg."

To a good friend.

1962...year I met Dan and started working for him, Al and Gino D.at the T Room as we called it, then later at the Flower Drum.
We had a greeting that lasted thru all of these years..at work in the early years and the lunches with old friends in the more recent years.
He would say: Good evening Miss Vervair:
(even tho my last name changed, he always called me Miss Vervair)
I would say:
Good evening Mr. Teeny, how are you today?
He would then flash that...

So sad to hear of Dan's passing! I worked for him, Ray and Al at the Turquoise Room as well as when he owned the Flower Drum! He was a great thoughtful person and a wonderful boss to work for!

We were saddened to hear the news of Dan's passing. We send out doncolences to the family.
