To Cookie and Dick,
I hope this message makes it's way to you.
It has been almost a year now since your loss.
I have no address or phone number to contact you, and wanted you to know how sorry I am to know of Dan's passing.
I lost my Mom last year at this time as well, (Sept. 19th,2006), and was scrolling through the obits posted at that time, and was shocked to see Dan's smiling face.
I hope time has softened your sadness, and that your memories have given you...

Steve & Marty, I am so sorry for your loss. Dan was a fun guy, also one of the first people to welcome me as the new kid at Wayzata HS. Today your loss is painful, may fond memories help you through these tough rimes... He is with you and your families, smiling, always smiling. Know in your hearts, you will meet again. Your reunion is in a place where there is no pain, no anger, just boat loads of love. He's is happy. My heart aches for you all in sincere sympathy.
