Lovely memories of Christmas Day on Spruce Street, or wherever, depending on the year! Am happy to be a part of the Tuchscherer family.

My condolences to the Tuchscherer Family for their loss. Great Family Great Man!

Dan was a great leader of one of the most caring, compassionate, and amazing families I have ever met in my life. I love the Tuchscherer family! His legacy will live on forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My deepest condolences to your family.

Our patriarchs and matriarchs have been waiting with open arms for their friend for the final reunion. He was greeted with open arms to be sure. Our world is dimmed but heavens glory brightened because they now have his twinkling eyes. You were blessed if you have been a part of this man's life because you knew you were loved if you were in his presence.

To all my old Tuchscherer friends from St. Joe's school years ago, please accept my sincerest condolances. I remember your dad adding on to the house on Spruce St. time after time and for good reason.

Dan & Mary Ann were close friends with our family and the McClones. We had annual parties together in Menominee Park in Oshkosh. Being the oldest of all the kids, I was the conduit from the parents on how to behave. Doc and Bernie could not have chosen better friends!

Dan was a very good friend of our father and a very humble, classy man who always greeted you with a smile and warm handshake.

I think his experiences in WWII shaped his life and made him a gentle man. Dan will be missed by many and I extend my sympathies to the family.

Dans stories about flying inspired me to become a military pilot...will always be grateful and will never forget him...awesome man !!
