How do you say good-bye to one of the most genuinely loving and kind persons you have even had the privilege to meet?

Dan, I remember how you made me feel comfortable on the first day I joined the Board. I was terrified - You had a piece of paper with the names of every Board Member on it and whispered 'sit by me' and as each person spoke, you moved your pen next to their name so that I was able to take the minutes and not have to ask names. Dan was my long-time mentor. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for all he did for me in my business career. But above all, he was a good friend. Jane and I have many fond memories of our times with him and Elaine. Our lives were enriched by their friendship. May they both rest in peace.

Dan, was a fun guy "mans man" great to be around never a loss for good conversation well be missed.He was special in our lives.
