My deepest sympathy to Dan´s family. I was truly heartbroken to learn of his passing. Dan spent many days at my house hanging with or playing basketball with my son, Cole. Dan was always so polite and just a great kid when he was here. Heather and family, I hope that one day you´ll be able to find peace and strength to heal your heart. Much love to you all.

Sending you my deepest, heartfelt condolences on Daniel's passing! He was such a sweet, kind, handsome boy! Every time I saw him he always had a smile and hug for me. May you feel his peace and presence with you still. We live on for those who have passed on and the know when we speak of them. I am very sorry for your loss. Daniel "Dan the man" as my wife Kathleen and I called him, was a good friend to my grandson Adrian. Many days Dan, Adrian, and other boys would play sports in my front/side yard in Pinegate. Since I moved from Liverpool 4 years ago I asked Adrian many times how Dan was doing? I remember Dan playing AAU basketball with Adrian and Dan being invited to a weekend road trip with Dan´s family. I hope time will heal the enormous hurt you and the Waterman feel at this...
