my deepest sympathy to all that have been touched by Danny. He leaves behind a good memory of his great humor and ability to forever make a quarter out of a dime.He will be forever missed, but believe that God will take great care of him. May all who knew him rejoyce in the goodness his heart left behind.

My deepest condolences to you Jean & entire Watkins family during your time of loss. May you find comfort in the everlasting arms of the Lord. Your friend at ODOT.

Mr. and Mrs. Watkins,
I'm sure you know how much Danny meant to me, but what you may not know is that knowing and loving him has changed my life forever, I still look for him every morning to try and sneak that smoke in before we get caught. Thank you so much for the beautiful man that I was lucky to befriend for such a short time, not nearly long enough.

Our thoughts & prayers to the Watkins Family for their loss.
Danny was & still is, a memorable & good friend. We'll always remember the laughs & good times we shared growing up.

Jeanne and Romie,
I, too, walked in your shoes 4 years ago. It is a feeling you can't explain. He will always hold a special place in your heart. Just remember the good times. Take care of yourself and God bless.
