To the Weir family and associates, Dan was an integral part on my career in the home furnishing industry starting in 1968 with Simmons, recommending me to Hickory Chair for a management position and as a resource to Weir's Furniture for many years. He will be missed by all who were fortunate to have known and worked with him. My condolences and prayers are with you all,

Martha, Blake, Brad, and Brooks, Know that we are holding you in prayer during these days of loss. What a dear man and a what great legacy he has left. The Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati notes with deep regret the passing of Daniel Weir a member since 2007. On behalf of the Members and Standing Committee we offer our sincere condolences. We hope that one of his sons will elect to pick up his membership.

A very special man. He always made those around him feel special. He was an example of what you aspired to become. Much love and prayers for all who loved Dan Weir.
