WEISZBROD, Daniel Steven, passed away at home June 11, 2011 in Greenville, Texas. He was born on April 18, 1951 in McAllen, Texas, the son of Billy Merle and Ora Jo Weiszbrod. His daughter, Coleen Griffin Weiszbrod, now lives in Chester, Virginia, with his two granddaughters, Lynnette Byrd and Josephine Thinnes. He is survived by his wife, Judith Darlene Weiszbrod of Greenville; former wives, Mary Lynnette Cann of Virginia and Barbara Downs of Massachusetts; his father, Billy Weiszbrod of Greenville; daughter, Coleen Weiszbrod and husband, Keith, of Chester Virginia; two granddaughters, Lynnette Byrd and Josephine Thinnes of Chester, Virginia; a brother, Noble Nordahl and wife, Judy, of Chandler, Oklahoma; a sister, Linda White and husband, Pete, of Coupeville, Washington; a brother, John Weiszbrod and wife, Sherri, of Springfield, Oregon; a cousin, Lynn Tolson and husband, Joe, of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ora Jo Weiszbrod, in 2006. Dan was graduated from Greenville High School and from Machinist's Trade School in Dallas in 1970. He worked up and down the East Coast as a machinist before returning to Greenville in 1988. He worked for H. H. Mercer, Inc. in Mesquite, Texas, as a machinist and quality assurance engineer for aircraft and helicopter and turbine tooling and parts. He loved the outdoors for hunting and fishing.
