I am so sorry to hear of your sons passing. Although I didn't know Danny personally, it sounds like he was a wonderful young man who did everything he could to overcome this horrific disease.

As an addict in recovery, I know this struggle personally. Thank you for sharing your family's experience with addiction and helping erase the stigma of this powerful disease. Although nothing can physically bring Danny back, I hope you can find peace knowing that his story will help others...

I am so very sorry for your loss, I won't even assume to know your pain. And, as you said, this horrible epidemic does not discriminate. My dear friend lost her son far too young as well. I thank you for sharing your son's story and I wish for him that he may he find peace.
