Not sure what to say?

To Judy, Ben, and especially Jake

I'm sorry about your father's (former spouse's) death. I met him once or twice at VCHS, but I cannot claim I knew him.

And to Jake, I think of you quite often, and I'm guessing your kids are thriving as they grow into adulthood. I hope that you, Jake, continue to embrace the struggles the world faces daily. You once told me you thought about entering politics. I know I made a face. But you absolutely should, Jake. The world needs smart,...

Daniel was a true friend and I will miss him dearly. Godspeed Daniel.

Thanks for the memories! Portrero Hill in SF, the early days of Raychem, mines in SA, dinners at that fun place in Sausalito, roughing it in Carmel Valley, and discovering good Russian programmers. I'll miss your laughter. Condolences to Katy, Judy and Elena and to the kids and grand kids.

Our neighbor in the Werner Addition in Livingston, Montana during Jr. High and High School.

A role model who tried to teach me Algebra.

A man with the character that you would like to have as a grandfather, father, son or brother.
