A memory of Karl came to my mind this evening so I decided to goggle him. We were stationed in Spain with the same agency. So sad to see he passed! I remember him as so cheerful. My boys loved him as he made them laugh every time they met. Never forgotten!

My USAF partner, my friend and my buddy. Karl, even though we drifted apart over the years, your friendship and memories were a constant theme in my recall and stories of the far southeast Pacific and southeast Asia to loved ones. Peace buddy.

To the Culberson family,
I once read that it's not death that brings us the greatest loss in life, but all that dies inside of us. As life goes on I hope that you find ways to celebrate the memory of your devoted husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, cousin and uncle. I think Karl would want us to continue his love for life. I feel fortunate to have known Karl all these years. Though he is no longer here his legacy of his humor and his talent as state and local coordinator will endure forever. You will be truly missed but not forgotten for all your dedicated service to EPIC and to our country. Thank you Karl R.I.P.

We have had the great pleasure of having Karl and Joanne as our neighbors. The "middle of the street meetings" that we often had will be truly missed. I know that I speak for Ruben and Pete who will miss them as well. God Bless the family left behind and they are to know that the Farner, Felix and Dominguez families are willing to assist in anyway needed.
