I am lost for words at the news of this tragedy, I grew up neighbors to the Wick family, I am saddened by this and send my love and prayers to the entire Wick family and the children of Danny....My love to all ~ Michelle Edwards Williamson

I don't have any words. My heart is heavy for the Wick family. - Brandon Piddington

So very sorry for your loss, I knew Daniel from the days he played little league with my son Eric Piddington. I always was pleased with Daniel's spirit and desire to do well in baseball. again, we are so very sorry for the loss of your husband and the wicks loss of their Son. May God bless and keep all of you through this time of sadness.

To the Wick Family,

There is not a person in the world who would have a bad thing to say about Danny. He was a good man and i have some many fond memories of us playing at RELL. I also remember the good time we had when you took us the the Circus in Long Beach. I got an empty pit feeling in my stomach when i heard of Danny's passing. My heart goes out to the Wick and Garrett family. Danny will truly be missed by some many people.
God Bless...

Shawn Hudson

To the Garrett & Wick Family,
It is times like these that words are always hard to come by. I have known your family for many years, however didn't know Danny in that same way. However, I wanted you to know that being with your family during this time and during the services held for Danny I felt like I knew him by the time the day was over. So many words spoken about Danny left you knowing that he was a good man. I am so sorry for your loss.I know there will be days were you feel like...

There is a special place in our heart carved out just for memories. Danny will be remembered always.

"Thinking of you with heartfelt sympathy. In this time of sorrow, my thoughts and prayers are with you."
Love always, Grandma

LIFE...so fragile. LOSS... so sudden. HEART...so broken.
In the wake of such a loss, we're haunted by things we don't - and may never - understand. Yet the solace we seek may not come from answers. So we look for comfort in the belief of love's everlasting connection. May that love lift you, hold you close, and give you peace.
Love and prayers, Uncle Jim & Aunt Donna

My heart warmth sympathy goes out to the entire Wick Family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Growing up in Rialto I had the honor of knowing the Wick Family and for a few of my teenage years I was very close with them, I have fond memories of Danny, he always made me laugh. As an adult living in Grand Terrace I found our paths crossing once again though our children and their love of Baseball. Dan inspired many young players in our community and we will miss his leadership at Pico Park.
