Daniel H Willson, 88, passed away peacefully at home in Gloucester, Va. on Thursday, October 15, 2020. Born on May 14, 1932, the son of Earl and Ruth (Wattenbee) Willson. Born and raised on a dairy farm in Taberg, NY. He graduated from Camden Central High, and received degrees in architecture and was a Licenced Insurance Broker. Danny was an Entrepreneur all his life, owning and operating several different businesses including the founder of Herbert-Lee Insurance Agency, Seaford VA. He was a member of Bellamy United Methodist Church Gloucester.
On Sept 8, 1978 He married Margaret Colucci (passed on Jan. 29, 2016).
Surviving are his three children, Nancy (Ed) Graham, Daniel P. (Pam) Willson, and Thomas Willson and four step daughters, Angela Colucci, Delores Colucci, Teresa (Stan) Puchalla, Jacquie (Robert) Craft, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, two brothers Edward Willson, David (Donna) Willson and Audrey Sweeney Gilsenan (previous wife), sister-in-laws Lois Willson and Phyllis Willson, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Doris Buckingham(Richard, dec.) and Freida Smith(Royal, dec.) and two brothers Ernie and Richard Willson. Danny's wishes were to have no calling hours or service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart Association of any kind. Arrangements have been entrusted to Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, 7192 Main St. Gloucester, VA.
