AGE: 39 • Collingswood
Danielle Nicole Allen, 39, of Collingswood, NJ, passed away March 10th, 2017 in an Oaklyn, NJ car accident. She was born on December 15th, 1977 in Camden, NJ and raised by parents Deborah and George Allen. She was a 1996 Collingswood HS graduate. She went on to master hair, makeup, and nails at PB Cosmetology in Gloucester, NJ. Over the years, she worked for many salons including Hair Cuttery, Hello Gorgeous, and most recently Great Clips in Audubon, where she had recently completed managerial training. In her free time, Danielle enjoyed playing cards, spoiling her children and dogs, and spending weekends with loved ones at the shore. She did whatever she could to make others happy, because that is what made her happy. Danielle was engaged to marry Michael Niessen, Jr. on April 20th, 2017. She is survived by her loving fiancé Michael, daughter Amber, son Giovanni, step-children Paul, Michael, and Casey, brothers Keith and Chris, parents Debbie and George, several aunts, uncles, grandparents, and countless other members of her extended family. Danielle's life will be celebrated with a public viewing Saturday, March 18th, 2017 from 2-6pm at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 W Collings Ave, Collingswood, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her memorial fund, "Friends of Danielle Allen", at 1st Colonial Community Bank, 1040 Haddon Ave, Collingswood, NJ, or via GoFundMe.com/DanielleAllen.

You opened your home as well as your heart to my children Michael and Casey. You gave unconditional love to them both and had a tremendous impact in their lives. As step mothers go I could not have asked for a better person to help raise my children.

My long time friend Danielle was a wonderful person and a huge part of my life. She was the one that pushed me to persue cosmetology. She was always happy and always there when I needed her. There were times over the years that caused us not to speak to each other, but we always remained friends through thick and thin. That just shows how wonderful of a person she was. I will miss her with all of my heart. I hope one day I will get to tell her how much she meant to me! You were a wonderful soul and a light in my life.

Deedle I will miss you every sec of everyday. I was thinking of good time the other night and the vision of us dancing at Joes Town Tavern came in clear sight. We were dancing like we were the only ones there. You were in middle of the floor spinning with your arms out, around and around and I was doing some weird mummers strut around you.
