Danielle Katelin Fogle

1988 - 2018

East Lyme - Danielle Katelin Fogle, 30, of East Lyme, entered eternal life on Monday, July 23, 2018, with her family at her bedside.

Born at Yale-New Haven Hospital on May 6, 1988, she was the daughter of Keith Fogle and Jennifer (Skeels) Fogle. Danielle was a St. Mark's Church of Westbrook parishioner. She graduated from East Lyme High School in 2006.

Danielle possessed a gentle, loving nature and cherished all of her family and friends. She loved riding horses and her love and patience for animals of all types was a special gift she embraced. Danielle enjoyed boat rides, train rides, swimming with her brother, bowling, miniature golf, and family outings. Danielle had a genuine loving kindness that brought out the best in everyone. She had an extraordinary outlook on life to overlook her own pain and make sure everyone she met was happy.

She will be missed by many and has touched the hearts of all she knew.

Danielle was predeceased by her loving grandparents, Thornton "Tex" and Helen Fogle of Westbrook; and her loving uncles, Mark Fogle of Salem and George "Butch" Mason of Higganum.

Danielle will be dearly missed by her devoted brother, Paul Fogle of Salem. She is also survived by her cherished aunts and uncles, Linda Barredo (Richard) of Ivoryton, Cathy Maynard (Keith) of Westbrook, Carol Mason of Higganum, Andrea Malone (Michael) of Brooklyn, Catherine Blake (Richard) of Madison, Margaret Scott (Russell) of Ellenton, Fla., Lee Skeels (Sally) of Summerfield, Fla., Karen Donnelly of Menifee, Calif., Susan Berube (Fred) of Albany, N.H.; her grandmother, Arline Gadwah of Albany, N.H.; and many loving cousins,

Calling hours will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 2018, at Swan Funeral Home, located at 1224 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2018, at St. Mark Church, located at 222 McVeagh Road, Westbrook. A graveside service will follow at the Resurrection Cemetery, located on Route 145 in Westbrook.
