Dear Noreen, Gord, Allison and Graeme
We have felt shock and sadness from the first moment we heard Danielle's name on the CBC News. Although it has been many years since we have lived in Springbank, I always have remembered what a great friend you were, Noreen and your fantastic kids. They were so young then, but clearly have grown up into outstanding individuals. Words can not express how incredibly sad we are today. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you each and every day....

I had the pleasure of teaching Danielle in her first year of school - kindergarten. She was a lovely girl with an incredibly conscientious attitude. I am so proud to learn of her many successes and accomplishments. What an amazing woman she was.
Her family is equally incredible. I remember how loving and supportive parents you were to Danielle. Although her life was cruelly short, she was blessed with so much.
Sincerely,
Barb Gerst
