Not sure what to say?

Danielle was such a sweet girl, Its hard to lose someone who is my age. I didnt get to talk to her long but when i did, she was so nice. Maxine, you don't know me but I want to say I'm so sorry this happened. Danielle was so young and full of life, ready to see what the future would bring. My thoughts are with you.

- A Friend

Maxine, you may not remember who I am. I'm EJ Harris' mom. I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful daughter. I don't understand how or why. But I do know that I admired your relationship with Danielle. I remember her beautiful smile at football practices and games. And the way she talked to you as a friend rather than a parent. Learning about this tremendous loss, is hard to swallow. I have cried for you often ever since I heard. I admired your relationship with your daughter...

gosh danielle. i wish this didn't happen, but hey. you got to go see Jesus first. wow.
like ciara said: you'd probably rather us be mad at you to go to Him first then us crying. this actually sort of worked for me.
well i hope you're laughing up there with the disciples and Jesus and God. I know you're having a fabulous time. give him a hug for me.
i love you danielle.

Jeff, Maxine & Joey. Heather and I are so sorry to hear about Danielle. Our hearts are broken for you and your family and we pray that God will comfort you through this very difficult season.

Danielle was about 3 months old the first time I held her in Texas. She's always been so precious and beautiful. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you.

Danielle and I used to skate together at Auburn. When I moved away two years ago, I froze a picture of the team in my mind, and Danielle was very much a part of that, entertaining me in the pace line. She took the time to answer all my stupid questions like “What was the best part of your day?” “What are you looking forward to?” She told me about her family, her church and her life. I really liked that about Danielle. She was very friendly and open. When I go back to practice at Auburn, I...

Jeff, Maxine, and Joey,
We are so sorry for the loss of your Danielle. Just know that our love and prayers are with you~

To the Surber Family & Friends,

-As Danielle's Broadcasting class instructor at Green River Community College, Winter Quarter 2007, I had the privelege of teaching a young woman who was vivacious, committed, and multi-talented. Danielle threw herself into 89.9 KGRG-FM, personally tripling and quadrupling the grade requirements of the class for herself, because she had a considerable knack for radio and was terrifically motivated.

-As a father of a 16-year old student, an eldest...

My prayers are with you as you face the Home-going of your beautiful daughter. Maxine, you and I were in MOPS together years ago. What a blessing that Danielle trusted in Jesus.
