Not sure what to say?

I think of you often and tell the story of you being so inspirational to me as my 6th grade teacher.

Miss Kropiewnicki was my 6th grade teacher at Kennedy School in South Plainfield, NJ. She was the best teacher I ever had. Danna Green became my mentor and then my friend. I went to her wedding and she came to mine. She encouraged me to become a doctor which I didn't know I could because I was a girl. I have exchanged Christmas cards with her for almost 50 years. I met with her several times to catch up. I was in East Brunswick today and tried to call her. I then went to her house on Jensen...

On July 7 I lost someone who defined the word 'friend'. Danna Green was indeed the sister I never had and was part of my family for 45 years.
Danna had the unique gift of 'listening' to her family and friends and will be sorely missed by all.
St. Bart's choir will lose an alto that made our section 'more fun'. But now she joins the angels and former choir members to sing God's praises so 'Shalom' from Bill and 'Peace' from Carol.
I will always love you.
Carol Maher

It is with sadness and deep condolences to the family to hear the passing of my cousin Danna. Her father and my mother were brother & sister and my mother was Danna's godmother. Although we have not seen each other in years, Danna was always in my heart & thoughts. Bless her children & grandchildren.

The memories from choir at St Bart's will always include you Danna. My heart breaks to learn this. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers as they move forward, and I know you will always be there with them still. May the Lord bless and keep you and your family always. I love you. Rest in peace.
