Danny Franklin Hash, age 69, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at the Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion, VA.
Danny was born in Smyth County, VA to the late Richard Hash and Sarah Jane Blevins Hash. He graduated from Lees McRae College and worked as an electrician. Danny grew up in South Fork Baptist Church and enjoyed the outdoors.
Survivors include, his wife of 32 years, Joanna Hash; brothers, Mike Hash and Joe Hash; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2PM, Friday June 3, 2022 at Bradley’s Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Mike Sage officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1-2PM prior to services. Memorial contributions can be made to the UVA Transplant Center, 1300 Jefferson Park Ave., Charlottesville, VA 22903. I have such wonderful memories and glad I got to share a vacation to River Ranch Florida with Danny and Joanna several years ago. I hope to ride horses in heaven with him and my brother Dennis. I will miss you my sweet cuz.
