Not sure what to say?

I went to grade school with Danny in Owaneco IL grades 1-3. He moved to Nokomis IL after that but I remember he was funny and so nice. I always seem to see people for who they really were. I didn´t know at the time I would some day be a therapist. I remember how smart he was and kind to the other kids he was. He stood out with his kindness

I just learned the loss of Professor Klinefelter, as I knew him, class of '82. I thought a lot of him and I can see why, all of his accomplishments and the nice comments. Throughout my life I have always thought of him. May he rest in peace.

First met Danny when I was asked to speak at AAPEX meeting (graduates of TEPAP) I quickly discovered Danny had created a unique organization of progressive Production Professionals whom he continued to challenge them to think out side their box, while truly knowing their business both organizationally and financially. Danny was truly a visionary who loved Agriculture and People. We continued our friendship as he allow John Deere to become a corporate sponsor for the AAPEX meetings. I...

Got to know him through the TEPAP program and I owe it to him and the program that I was able to keep the family farm going after an early loss of my dad. He always had a welcoming smile and great conversation. He was a blessing to the earth and will be missed.

With sympathy and prayers and thankful for his legacy and positive influence on Agriculture

Vicki and Family... so sorry for your Loss and our loss in agriculture, in Texas, and in Illinois. Danny and I met serving as Summer Agribusiness Management (SAM) at Ralston Purina in the summer of 1968... Danny from SIU and me from U of I. We crossed path again in 1996-2000 when our daughter Kelly was an AG Business & Business major at Texas A & M. In addition, Danny had me on his TETAP program several times. It was an honor to serve with, work with, and "dream" with Danny... such a...

Dear Vicki and family: I was very sorry to hear about your loss. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Danny was a friend and collegue of mine. We met at Texas A&M and and bonded because we were both born in Illinois and educated at the University of Illinois. Danny worked in the industry before coming to academia just as I did. He served on many of my graduate student's committees because the students said he has been out there and done it for real and teaches the same way. Whenever we visited together, the conversation always turned to rain in Illinois and crops and markets. I want to...

I only got to know Danny thru his beloved Vicki at Holy Cross. Always smiling man with kindness in his eyes. So grateful for my short experience of him. Prayers and peace to all of the family. I know your Lord will carry you thru Vicki. With love, Rosemary
