Danny Thomas Stamper age 63, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at the Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA.


Danny was born in Manassas, VA on October 4, 1958. He is preceded in death by his parents Worth & Leabelle Perry Stamper; his first wife Sherry Hamm Stamper; and a daughter Savannah Stamper. Along with three sisters Ethel Jones, Virginia Shepherd, Rose Holman, and a brother Donnie Stamper.


He is survived by his wife Rebecca Eastridge; son Dustin Stamper; stepson John Roy McArter; stepdaughter Bambi Evans; his brother Dennis Stamper; and five sisters Louellen Fleming, Edna Mae Johnson, Mary Barr, Anita Severt, and Lisa Richardson; along with several nieces, nephews, and a special brother-in-law and friend John Eastridge, and special pet companion Baby.  


Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at the Azen Church Cemetery in Konnarock, VA with P.J. Stamper officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bradley’s Funeral Chapel to help the family with the final expenses. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com. Bradley’s Funeral Chapel of Chilhowie is serving the Stamper Family.
