Danny Stoner

Danny J. Stoner, 29, of Harrisburg, passed away on Friday November 10, 2017 at Harrisburg Hospital. Born March 10, 1988, in Harrisburg, he was a son of Jean Schied and the late John E. Stoner, Jr. A graduate of Central Dauphin East High School, he enjoyed participated in the United Cerebral Palsy Day Program, for several years. While challenged in the eyes of some people, Danny never let his disabilities limit his desire to make others happy. He was always on the go - smiling, laughing and hugging - he liked to make people happy. Danny was an inspiration to many - a true angel on earth, whose presence will be felt for years by those whose hearts he touched. Danny is survived by his mother, Jean Schied, of Steelton, brother, John E. Stoner, III, and, sisters, Brenda M. Wise, Monica J. DeJesus and Carrie L. Stoner, as well as seven nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Brian J. Stoner. His Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday November 24, 2017 at the Neumyer Funeral Home, Inc., 1334 N. 2nd Street, Harrisburg. Friends may call on Friday, from 11:00 A.M. to Noon, prior to the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
