Not sure what to say?

Danny was such a neat, warm, caring, gentle man.He never turned anyone away.

I met Danny Young of Kingsville -- at a Methodist Church camp -- Mt. Wesley in Kerrville, Texas. I believe around 1970 -1972.

Wonderful man who loved life. God bless his Family.

I remember we told Danny once at Mt. Wesley, you are just like one of us, the young campers. Danny said: "I really am one of you!"

Danny didn't have customers, he had friends. And by that rationale, we were all friends of Danny. Thank you for letting me be your friend. RIP brother.

I just learned of Danny's passing when visiting Young's Pizza in Kingsville. I knew Danny way back when he was still in Kingsville and loved the food and his spirit. Whenever I saw him in Austin he always remembered me and my family, greeting me like we just saw each other the day before. He was such a wonderful person and he will always be remembered by me and my family.

Happy Birthday, Danny. You are physically missed, but so many of us still carry your light inside us... truly a wonderful and love-full man!

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I worked for Danny for years (and very thankful) I was so sad when I got the news but the more I thought of the times togather the bigger my smile got I learned a lot from the man and I will never forget For every step I take you take for every dollar I make you make for every breath I breathe you breathe You will always be apart of me. i started going to Texicalli in 1991 when i was a senior in high school. i'd get a group of my band nerds together and we'd eat there before Friday night home games. i loved the food so much that i told my mom and dad about Texicalli and they in turn introduced their work friends from Texas Parks and Wildlife Headquarters. Can't keep something as good as that joint a secret. i have since moved to Las Vegas where the food here sucks and was Google-Earthing my old favorite places in Austin...
