Uncle Alvin and Aunt Daphne took me into their lives my Junior Year. (I'm grateful that my Mother gave me the option) Though, I was their niece, I was always treated like a daughter. Daphne (Mom) made an indelible impression on my life. Taking me into her home when I was very young, she and Daddy provided for me, protected me and loved me as though I was their very own.
