The famous "Cousins Weekends" allowed us the pleasure of knowing Tom and Daphme. All the time spent with them will be a treasured memory.
We send the family our loving thoughts and condolances.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Daphne. She was a joy to know. I was honored to take care of her kitty Fuzz Parrish for several years. My thoughts are with you.

I remember Ms. Parrish loved it when I would bring my snare drums and Ms. Scott(organ at First Christian Church) and I would play 'Battle Hymn of the Republic" She would also ask, "When is Abe going ride the train again?" meaning she would like to hear it again!

I will always have the memories of the family dinners, eating at the small table, and Martha Washington candy. I will miss you Aunt Daphne. I know Tom has welcomed you with open arms and you at peace. To Virgil and TJ, I know your pain and loss, and I am always here for both of you.

I worked with Miss Daphne at The Daily Advance for many years. I will always remember her for her many kind and encouraging words to me as well as to all of the young ladies that she worked with. We all listened to her as she gave us many tips on how to raise our children. May she rest in peace.

I have the most wonderful memories of times spent with the Parrish Family. Will miss Aunt Daphne, but know she's with Tom and is in a better place. Love you Aunt D.
