Not sure what to say?

I was sorry to hear of Darcy's passing. I knew her through our Women's Bible Study at Central Reformed Church. I appreciated her insight and comments in our class. She often shed new light on a familiar passage. Wishing you peace during this time.

I was so saddened to hear about Darcy passing away. I will always remember our families spending the 4th of July together at Spring Lake. Darcy was amazingly talented person and will be truly missed.

Darcy touched so many lives in so many ways. I knew her as a member of Bostwick Lake United Church of Christ, and in a more special and loving way as a patient of hers. She was a fighter when it came to her health issues this past year. Prayers for peace and comfort to the entire family.

I'm so sorry to hear about Darcy's death. I cannot imagine my childhood without her in it. Our families were good friends so we spent many wonderful vacations and holidays together as well as spending lots of summer weekends at the house on Silver Lake.
I treasure those times with her and will keep a bright spot in my heart for her.
Joanne (Grachtrup) Swann

So sorry for the loss of your mom and grandmother. Prayers to you all. May she rest in peace.

Dear Kenyon, Carrie, Megan, and Johnnie,

I cooked to Simon and Garfunkle tonight and told Seth (partner) and Nick of Darcy memories. This lovely tribute of her life her brought me back to Darcy's standing tall in our living room growing up telling mom (and me) about the right placement and colors for the living room. Or whatever design idea she had--she was right. I told Seth, oh, she was bold--and yes--dashing, with her ideas, her style, her opinions. Also, though, of Darcy...

To Darcy's family,
I am so sorry to hear of your mother and your grandmother's passing. It was a shock. Your mom and I went to Rockford Jr. High and High School together. She had a big upbeat personality and a great sense of humor, and she was really smart in class too. She would answer questions the rest of us didn't know sometimes. We were editors for the high school newspaper too. I knew Dorthea too and her brothers. My sister Jill dated Steve for a while. Your mom and I went...

Dear Kenyon, Carrie, Meghan, and John, we were sorry to hear of your mom's passing. We read it online in the Grand Rapids Press. Although we hadn't seen her in at least 25 years, we sure had a lot of fun together as young married couples.

Warmly, Mary and Les Lindsay, Vero Beach, FL.

I am so sorry to hear of you mother's passing. Darcy grew up with my mother (Kay Pepper Rink) on Silver Lake. They shared many great times together! My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
