Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry.

Dear Michael Anne and Polly, You and your parents lived down the street from my parents house on State Street. We ran into your mother again in later years when mom and dad were patients and she was the nurse. She was always a wonderful lady and took great care of both of you after your father passed away. I am so sorry to hear DeeDee had to leave this earthly life so soon.

DeeDee was not only a great person to work with, but she was wonderful person and a great friend. She was caring and compassionate. I'll miss our trips to the movies and visits on the phone.

I worked with Dee Dee at the Elks Rehab Hospital, she was a caring and dedicated worker. Dee Dee had a smile for everyone and was always willing to help. She was a credit to the nursing profession. Dee Dee will be missed by everyone and all the lives she touched.
