Those of us who were lucky enough to know Darlene from both Hile and Ross Park will truly miss her. Her smile was contagious and very welcoming to all of the students and parents She was truly one-of-a-kind. Her loss will be felt by many . My heart goes out to her family. God bless

I worked with Darlene at Ross Park Elementary. She always had a smile for everyone- staff and students alike! I remember her as a very kind and friendly person. I'm very sorry for your loss.

I was shocked and saddened to read the news of Darlene's passing yesterday. She was a big influence on my life and the lives of many children at Hile Elementary. She was a one of our Cub Scout Den Mothers, worked with Little League and Band parents.

Dear Louie and family: Was so sorry to read of Darlene 's home going. She was such a loving person. Our families had lots of good memories and lots of fun together. And she was so thoughtful.
