Read MoreI remember Darlene from ushering at church. She and my husband and I were scheduled for the third Sunday of the month. It was always a joy to look over from the center aisle (my location) to the far left aisle, (Darlene´s location) and see her smilingly greeting arrivals!

I was one of Darlene´s neighbors for just four short years and quickly learned what a fiesty gal she was! She was always calling to say"you hungry?" Or "you left your garage light on"! I will truly miss my friend and neighbor. Rest in peace!
