Not sure what to say?

I send my sincere condolences to your family. Mrs East and I worked together at American Express and met up with each other at Target over the Christmas Holiday. She as always was encouraging me to remain strong for my own mother. What a Blessing she was to me.

We send our sincere sympathy on the loss of your mother. She was a high school classmate of ours in Pennsylvania - Rostraver High School - Class of 1962

Wynn and Family, I worked with Darlene at Sternberger as well as Tricia Goodman. Darlene and I worked in the office together and every day was a new lesson for me as Darlene shared her Faith and Beliefs. I truly enjoyed her presesence and loved her like a mom! May God be with you during this difficult time...I know she has a special place in Heaven with your dad!

I worked with Mrs. East at Sternberger Elementary. Although we didn't work together that long, she has had a profound influence on me. She has been a tremendous Christian example and encouragement to me through the years, and I consider myself very fortunate to have known such a godly, caring woman.

Darlene was our colleague, our friend, our sister. She was always thinking and allowing God to give her ideas to make things better. We were all so blessed to have Darlene as part of our Garrett House family. When we smile, we remember Darlene in this house.

Wynn and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember the rides that she used to give me to American Express, back when I didn't have a car. She was a very sweet and kind person. May you and your family be blessed

Wynn, you remain in our thoughts and prayers. We will forever cherish the memories of your darling mother, Sis. Darlene East. We are here for you anytime you need us. Love Always

Wynn and family ~ you probably don't remember us, but we were neighbors of your folks on Manor House Court quite a while back. We lived in the corner house and your mom and dad were always so mindful of coming into the court since we had little children playing. They were such kind and loving people, never did you see them without a smile on their face :) and the kids adored them. What wonderful people your parents were! We're sorry for your loss, but hope you take comfort in knowing that...

To all who lives were touched by this extraordinary woman, I offer my deepest sympathy. Darlene was a beloved mentor, friend, and colleague, and her presence in my life was an unexpected and incredible gift. Although she has flown away from this realm, her impact here is far from gone.
