I met Darlene my very first day at Nicor Gas, that was more then twenty years ago. Through all her turbulant times she never failed to have a smile and a kind word for anyone who needed it. I am simply a better person becasue I knew her. The world turns a little slower now that she is no longer part of it. Darlene remains in our hearts forever
