Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Frank and family with the loss of a beautiful lady. My daughter, Carole Tobery was with the Highlighters for many wonderful years and loved Darlene. May the sweet memories of Darlene bring to you comfort and peace. Sorry I did not make it to funeral as I was in Aruba at the time. God Bless !

Frank and Darlene are my grandparents neighbor. I remember them both very well. Very nice people and we always enjoyed swimming in their pool during the summers. I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers are with you.

Godspeed......................

My deepest sympathy to Frank and family. Darlene was very special and loved by everyone at District 7, State Highway Administration. I will always remember her as one of the most energetic and helpful staff I have ever worked with. Sincerely, Bob Fisher, District Engineer SHA, Retired

It is with a grateful heart that I...
