I am very sorry about Darlene's passing. Eileen and I were both away the day of the service or we would have been there with you. You are in our prayers.

Darlene was one of the most wonderful individuals I ever met! When I worked at the Rescue Mission she was on the Board and also volunteered in the kitchen. She was so supportive of my advocacy for the single women. She also had a great sense of humor and we had many laughs together about things "upstairs". She used to call me "wild thing". My prayers and thoughts with you her family and friends.

I worked with Darlene at ACMC many years ago and became her friend after I left. She had the softest heart and was untouched by all the negativity that existed in the world. Our paths haven't crossed in years, but I remember her fondly and was so sad to learn of her passing. My sympathies to her family.

I would have enjoyed seeing her and engaging in catch-up chat as you and I often did. Fortunately though, my memories of Darlene have not faded, and are ever good ones as she was truly a sweet girl and a model schoolmate. I am pleased that she fulfilled her young desire to become a nurse and had gone far in her...

To Linda & Family of Darlene; So sorry to hear of Darlene's passing. She was my 1st supervisor when I entered the field of nursing. She was of the most kind & supportive women I knew. She was not only my supervisor but a spiritual advisor to me. She will always have a place in my heart. Rest in paradise, now, Darlene. You have certainly earned your wings.
