Darlene D. Strong

Darlene D. Strong (nee Trkovsky), age 65, longtime resident of Lyons, formerly of Cicero. Beloved wife of the late Richard Strong. Loving mother of Sherri (Bryan) Bauer and Robert Strong. Dear sister of Sharon (Ron) Whitmore and Robert (Norma) Trkovsky. Darlene was a former crossing guard for the Village of Lyons and a fierce lover/caretaker of animals. Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Road (2 Blks. W. of Mannheim Rd.) Westchester on Friday August 22, 2014 for a Memorial Visitation from 3 to 9pm. Funeral service and eulogies at 8pm. Interment at a future date at Woodlawn Cemetery.
