Not sure what to say?

We miss you BOTH.... Every single day. Please continue to guide us and keep us safe until we meet again

Oh yeah, It's still 85 degrees here with a 100 percent chance of mosquitoes, chiggers (?) and far ants. I know. Be grateful.

Hi mom.....the kids are doing fine. We miss you every single day, but you raised your California kids to be courageous, resilient, driven, curious, unrelenting, kind, smart, diverse, passionate, generous, funny, thoughtful and have impeccable character and integrity. One year later....we're still at it. You and Dad were the best parents a So. Cal kid could have ever dreamed of and we owe you. Have fun in heaven with Jon, until we meet again. Great job this side of the dirt.... michele xx

Remembering “Dar” with love, the many conversations we had over the years always centered on her family. She loved y’all so much and proud of your achievements. When Jon passed I sent her a book, she never failed to remember and thank me again and again, I hope it brought her solace.
May peace find y’all...you are so blessed to have had this magnificent woman in your lives. . so am I.

One of the funniest people ever. She was the BEST mother. She knew what was important and instilled those values in all 4 of her children. I will miss her laughter. She valued truth, intellect, inclusion, kindness, honesty and loyalty. She was ironic and irreverent. She was absolutely fearless. She loved Alexa and YouTube, Bob Dylan and Pepe Aguilar... her interest and about others was insatiable. I got my spirit from her. Go get em, Mom....and send me some cash when you can.

It’s been many years since seeing Darlene but she was such a wonderful lady. I was so sorry to hear about her loss and will be praying for her family...

I will miss the sound of her voice & her infectious laugh. We should all have her sense of fairness & acceptance.

Janene,
My deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family.
