Darlene Weeks Darlene Frances Weeks, 65, of Fairmont passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Fairmont on November 11, 1950 a daughter of the late Gilbert Harr and Alice Marie (Shuck) Harr. She was a loving mother and homemaker. Darlene enjoyed time with her family especially when she would cook for family gatherings. She is survived by three daughters Donna Blackburn of Fairmont, Crystal Weeks of Fairmont, and Diana Harr of Fairmont; one brother Gary Allen Harr and his wife Toni of Fairmont; one sister Debra Beveridge of Fairmont; five grandchildren Richard Freeland and his wife Trisha, Jonathan Freeland, Charlene Blackburn, Charles Blackburn III, and Shane Weeks; three great grandchildren Levi Short, Graeyce Freeland and Jayden Woodfolk; several nieces, nephews, great aunts and one great uncle. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Weeks. Friends may call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home on Monday from 2 – 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery Tower Hill in Monongah.
