Not sure what to say?

Condolences to your family. So sorry to hear of Darrels passing. We attended the Bethel Church and were in the same class at Inman High School. He was a good friend.

I was out of town last week, and so I missed the service for Darrel. I just learned of his passing this morning. My condolences to the family. I worked with Darrel at Prudential/BHHS. He was such a kind and wonderful person. I always enjoyed our talks.

Mr. Doerksen was a great educational leader at Allen Elem. He cared for his staff and students. His leadership made Allen a warm and caring place for all.

He was my kindergarten through fifth grade principal at Griffinstein . He was also a real nice man. Sorry for your loss.

Darrel earned the award for Most $ Raised at the MCC Run for Relief many years in a row!

Darrel was such an inspiration, year after year, at the MCC Run for Relief! He raised so much money for those in need around the world and did it with such enthusiasm for the event. It was always a joy to see his smiling face as he turned in his donations and again later as he crossed the finish line! We will always remember him!

I have fond memories of subsitituting at Griffenstien when Darrel was principal. My mother-in-law Marie Judge had taught there for many years. she is in heaven along with my husband Bill, so hope they are reunited. Lurlane Judge

Kevin & family: May our great God give you comfort and strength at this time knowing heaven is rejoicing. He will be missed.

He was principal for my children when they attended Grieffenstine in the 60's. He was a caring man

Darrel was a true gentleman and a great colleague and friend when we both worked in USD 259. He was a credit to our profession. Condolences to his family.
