Darrel HENDRICKS

Darrel was such a kind man. We appreciated his friendship while we lived there. I know he will be sorely missed. Truly he and Jill had a special kind of love. May his memories remain sweet in the hearts that loved him.

Darrel and I grew together as teenagers along with my other nieces and nephews. Like most teenagers growing up in the 1950's-1960's, our world revolved around family, school, sport and outdoor activities. I will never forget the fond memories of the times spent at the swimming pool, football, fishing, hunting, and adventurous trips down the river by the railroad track. ...

I had the honor of knowing and playing baseball with Darrell in high school. He was a VERY SPECIAL person. He loved life and loved people. He will be missed by all of us that he touched in life. My sincerest condolences to the family.
