I'm sorry for your loss, Smith family. Having grown up across the street I have many memories of Darrel. I remember marvelling at his many construction projects, artwork & castles & Derek & I trying to cover up our various shenanigans. Darrel was always kind & generous.

Darrel shared sunshine and happiness where ever he went. It was such a blessing knowing him. I loved running into him in the store. He always made time for a visit. His sense of humor is what I will miss the most. My sincere hope for you Jamie and RaNae and family is that you always feel him close, especially on the hard days.
