Dear Lonna & Family:

I am so sorry to learn of Dux passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. May you be comforted by all your fondest memories. My Dad (Wally Heth) also extends his sincere sympathy as well. He just loved Dux.

Best regards,

I'm so sorry to learn of your loss. Dux will be greatly missed by many. You have my sympathy and understanding.

I am so sorry to read of "Dux's" passing! The obitiuary doesn't mention the job he had at Lake Louise, but he was a wonderful life guard and saved me from drowning back in 1956(I was 10 years old). I'll never forget seeing him dive off the bridge and pulling me onto the beach and asking me "are you sure you're ok?". I imagine he was helpful like that the rest of his life. Thanks, "Dux"!!

Dux will be long remembered as a neighbor and friend, someone I always looked up to. Rest in Peace, Dux.

Dux was a leader in so many respects, not only in sports during the years as a Mt.Morris Mounder but also after school and as an adult. He was a real friend to everyone who knew him well and as one of those people I knew I could always count on him.  He would give you the shirt off his back and stick up for his friends in the face of adversity.  We will all miss him and especially his practical jokes.

Dux, you were and continue to be a great friend and inspiration. You didn't drown me when I had to save you for my WSI test at Lake Louise in 1967. You took me fishing to Canada and drove the boat for me and did a great job except when you hit a rock when I was relieving myself over the side of the boat. We laughed so hard. We hunted together and shared so many memories of the outofdoors time and time again. I'll see you again in the great hunting grounds some day my friend. God...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.

Dux was a good generous friend of many. I shared many good unforgetable times with Dux in the past. He will be missed by many.
