Not sure what to say?

My friend I was at Unique today. I don't think I have set foot in the joint since your dad departed. I saw these pictures and thought of you.

I still think of you even as the years go by. Our old pal Al Guthery has now passed on and of course you’re already with Billy Smaling and your dear dad. It’s a new generation of film folks but no one will ever forget you. Keep Heaven lit. Xoxo

Darrell, I have been thinking about you today. Hope you are keeping the lights on above and giving God a decent discount. Sure do miss you.

Hey Brother Darrell, Missing you always, you were such an amazing person always. Wish i could've gotten to know your son as he grew, But if your in him, i know he's an amazing person too..will always be missin you, and thinking about you..watch over us, and Save a spot for us when our turn comes...peace

Darrell my Dear,we miss you so much! Sometimes it seems that you are gone for a long time, sometimes it feels like it was yesterday. We know you are with God and are watching over us. Daniel is becoming more and more like you and his love for is still as strong as it always was - so is mine.
We Love you.

I wish I had known sooner. What a shock. I grew up with Darrell and the rest of the Jones family. We were all family in that neighborhood. He was much loved and will be greatly missed.

Brother,
Just got online and another entry into your book in my emails. So i figured i'd add a note, we will allways miss you and i guess words will never say enough, your picture here still hangs over my desk since the day I got the original email as a reminder of the good in the world and the work left to do. You will always be a part of all of us and we will carry you on in spirit. Peace. Joe

Lynwood my friend. It's that "mean season" again and as it rained today, I thought of you. A week doesn't go by when I don't, but today you were especially on my mind. I think it was the first time since you passed that I actually smiled - I remembered that you and I always said that my hurricane supply cabinet had a carton of Marlboros, a six pack of Diet Coke and the National Enquirer in it. I'll alwyas miss you, pal, and you are in my prayers every day. ek

It has been over a year and still people talk about your kindness and love for humanity darrell. I see the men in the business and we fondly remember your altruism and will to help. May God have a special place at His side for you and give solace and peace to your family.
