Uncle Darrell was a great guy. Keen wit and a good storyteller. I particularly remember his WWII stories of his time in Germany. My deepest sympathies to all of his extended family. He will be missed.

My big brother, Darrell, taught me so much. Hunting, fishing and mechanical skills. Even more important, his influence kept me away from acquiring a smoking habit. I remember as a 4-year-old, being proud of my big brother being a soldier. I will miss my brother, and hope to see him again when Jesus takes me home as well.
