Fond memories of Darrell (and Arlene) during my stay in Sioux City. Tracey was our flower girl when Marsha Thomsen and I wed at 3rd Pres.

I married a long time family friend of the Krommenhoeks and the Pittmans, Marsha Thomsen. That is how we got acquainted!!! Sad to hear of his passing but as was stated in the movie Lonesome Dove: " faithful in all weathers, splendid behavior. "

My condolences go out to Scott ( Hawk ), Brad, and sister Tracy and their entire families on the recent loss of their father Darrell. Takes me back 40 yrs and our dad's would be walking the sidelines at our football games. Both always hollering out some needed encouragement, (if you know what I mean). Old Leed's football field comes to mind mostly as their voices carried throughout. And if they couldn't walk the sidelines we could always look up and see our folks in the stands at Robert's...
